Each weekly session integrates:
Students learn how seasonal changes influence energy, digestion, mood, sleep, and overall well-being, and discover simple practices to support balance in everyday life. No prior yoga or Ayurveda experience is required.

The Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga infuses your practice with spirit while bringing the seven laws into action each day. Every class plays a crucial role in yoga’s path to enlightenment while providing you with a wealth of meditation techniques, mantras, breathing exercises and yoga poses.
The marvelous benefits of a regular yoga practice include improved flexibility, muscle tone, balance, endurance and vitality as well as emotional and spiritual growth.

Renee has been practicing yoga since 1999 and continues to deepen her practice and study of yoga through classes and workshops. She has completed a Yoga Teacher Training course in the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga at the Chopra Center in Carlsbad.
She has also studied under Swamini Mayatitanda to learn the Wise Earth Yoga and Sound Meditation. Renee loves teaching the Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga for all levels of group and individual practice, encouraging participants to develop their own pace to the experience of yoga. Yoga is more than a physical fitness program, it isn’t pilates on steroids. It is a science of balanced living, a path for realizing full human potential. The practice of yoga is the practice for life.
