Types of Treatment (USDA Organic oils and herbs used in all treatments)

Body Massage
Abhyanga – 60 minutes $190
A full body gentle massage using warm herbal oil tailored to your metabolic type. The oil carries the properties of the herbs through the skin into all levels of tissue (plasma, blood, muscle, fat, bone, nerve, reproductive). This facilitates the release of deep-seated toxins in the body, and restores balance to the doshas. After abhyanga, a person feels clear and rejuvenated. Tibetan Healing Bowls and Vedic Chants enhance the healing experience.
Swedana (can add this to Abhyanga) – 15 minutes $75
Steam therapy – swedana is used as an adjunct therapy to the herbal oil therapy – Abhyanga. Steam enhances the penetration of the herbal oil to all 7 tissues of the body. This therapy is done while relaxing on the massage table – an effective method to relieve muscular and emotional tension.
Shirodhara
Shirodhara – 60 minutes $200 A powerful therapy using a gentle stream of warm herbal oil over the intuitive energy center of the forehead, also known as ‘the third eye’. This therapy induces a profound sense of tranquility and a blissful state of mind. Excellent for alleviating insomnia, headaches, and mental tension. Tibetan healing bowls, foot massage and vedic chants enhance the healing experience.

Marma points – 60 minutes $125
Marma points are vital energy points located on the surface of the body. Using the finger tips and specific essential oils tailored to your unique constitution, marma therapy restores balance to the autonomic nervous system, harmonizing sympathetic and parasympathetic functions.
Stimulating points can release endorphins and neurotransmitters such as serotonin and melatonin in the brain that results in pain modulation and mood enhancement. This treatment is wonderful for breaking down crystals of unresolved emotions, migraine headaches, joint pain, muscle spasm; it brings immediate relaxation and eases pain. Marma have a virtually unlimited number of therapeutic applications, including relief of pain, detoxification and more. They also cleanse, pacify, rejuvenate, calm the mind and emotions, enhance awareness and serve as vehicles of preventative care.
Head and Scalp Rejuvenation Massage
Head and Scalp Rejuvenation Massage – 15 to 30 minutes $40 to $60
Using warm herbal oil, a gentle, yet invigorating massage to help relieve tension, headaches and the build-up of stress. Opens up the energy channels for a more focused yet calm mind. An excellent prelude to the Shirodhara treatment.
Facial and Neck Massage – 30 minutes $60
This natural face-lift firms and tones the cheeks, and smoothes away laugh lines, crow’s feet, and wrinkles in the forehead. Opens the energy channels for a lively, fresh look and feel. The use of marma points, or energetic areas releases pent-up stress symptomatic in conditions such as TMJ, headaches and facial pain.
Nasya – 30 minutes $60
A few drops of herbally infused oil placed in the nose followed by a face massage. Removes impurities and congestion, recommened for those prone to allergies. .
